The problem
Financial data with no single source of truth.
The organization needed to manage donations, salaries, and expenses with role-based access across staff — while producing dynamic reports that could actually be trusted and exported on demand.
The approach
One dashboard, built around real permissions.
We built a centralized financial dashboard with dynamic filterable reporting, structured around the organization's actual departments — payroll, loans and totals, and general financial affairs — each gated by a multi-level role system that defines exactly what each role can view or modify.
What we built
- — Donations, expenses, and payroll management
- — Employee records with salary & grade history
- — Payroll tables with automatic totals
- — Dynamic filterable financial reports, exportable on demand
- — A centralized dashboard for financial KPIs
- — Multi-role access control per department

The outcome
A dashboard the finance team actually uses daily.
Donations, salaries, and expenses now live in one system instead of scattered spreadsheets — with reports the team can generate and export themselves, and financial decisions backed by data that is current by definition.
